Davinder Kohli is a digital and AI strategist who has held executive roles at consulting firms, where he built Data, AI, and cloud practices. He advises Fortune 500 executives across financial services and healthcare on AI strategy and governance.

Over two decades, Davinder has led digital transformation initiatives across financial services, insurance, and education. He has also founded two technology startups, one in user-generated learning and the other in VR-based retail solutions.

He was invited to the World Economic Forum 2018 to speak on the impact of virtual reality in retail. His academic credentials include a master’s in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, an executive credential from Booth School of Business, and an advanced analytics and AI program from Wharton (WMP'22).

He serves on the board of the Wharton Club of the National Capital Region and founded the AI Affinity Meetup. Outside work, he is an avid hiker and world traveler who has summited Mount Kenya and attempted Kilimanjaro. Those expeditions and their lessons are woven throughout this book.
